I just want to say that Micros Depot and their team of support specialists, have been able to solve a lot of problems at my location and also reduce my Service and Credit Card fees from Elavon.. I didn’t know what issues my POS was experiencing until they came in and did a full diagnostics. Thankfully we found out the issue before it was too late and I had to improvise with cash registers because my server was about to Crash!! I would recommend them faithfully to anyone dealing with Oracle.

We were having an awful experience contacting our Tech Service guy from Oracle, and all of a sudden Jonathan showed up at our steps offering his Merchant Services. At first I declined, and told him i was not interested in switching. But thanks to his consistency and resilience he convinced us to get an “SmartPay Quote”, which saved us an avg of $3500 per month. Not only they do credit card processing, with the lowest fees but they support Micros systems as well. All under one roof!! Fortunately his Tech support team helped us to get back to normal in a very short time as they saw the problems we had. I would recommend Jonathan and his team at MSC to anyone that is in the Hospitality industry.
