Payment Processing: We offer month-to-month agreements, while others may have 1-3 year contracts. However, if you are using our equipment, we do have a 1-year minimum agreement.
If you are involved in an equipment term with us, the chances are you will have to finish the term or pay a cancellation "breach of agreement" fee.
- Standard approval: 5-24 hours
- High-risk merchants: 3-5 business days (due to additional underwriting)
Standard deposit time: Next-day funding for most businesses. High-risk and specialty businesses are on a case-by-case basis.
Available for an extra fee of $59.99 with late cutoff times (Batch by 5am, get deposited same day by 3pm EST) This is not related to Clover Rapid Deposit.
Support availability: 24/7 phone and email support for merchants.

Some plans offer a personal rep for high-volume businesses.
POS Compatibility: MSC works with major POS systems (e.g., Hotsauce, Micros, Aldelo, Aloha and ERP custom integrations). However, we can only support equipment sold by us. If you decide to switch, we can swap your equipment and get the highest level of support with $0 upfront cost.
E-commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and BigCommerce integrations are available.
Accounting software: QuickBooks, Xero, and other financial platforms are available for integration.
No, we do not offer free equipment. Competitors will entice you to grab their free equipment, but the truth is they are charging you for it. Because offering $400-$1500 pieces of equipment is not sustainable over long periods of time. However, if you opt in to our Xero Charge program, your local agent may have loaner equipment available on a case-by-case basis. We provide flexible options to either rent or purchase our equipment, ensuring you get the best solution for your business needs.
Lower upfront cost: Instead of buying a terminal for $500+, you can rent for $20-$50/month.
Free upgrades: Rentals often come with automatic hardware replacements. Each time it breaks, you don’t have to spend $500+ over and over.
Tech support included: If the device malfunctions, it’s replaced for free.
Short-term flexibility: Great for businesses that don’t want a long-term commitment.
