How much do merchant services cost?

MSC's standard plan is interchange + 0.25% + $0.10 per transaction — true interchange-plus pricing with no markup tiers. Dual-pricing merchants pay $0 in card fees (the cash discount is passed to the cardholder). High-volume merchants above $250K/year qualify for tiers as low as interchange + 0.10%.

How fast can I get set up with a merchant account?

Most single-location merchants are approved within 24-48 hours and live within 3-5 business days. Hardware ships next-day. We handle menu/inventory programming, employee setup, and remote or on-site training. High-risk merchants (CBD, nutraceuticals) typically take 7-10 days due to specialty underwriting.

Do you serve businesses outside the U.S.?

Yes. MSC processes payments in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the United Kingdom, and Spain. We support USD, CAD, GBP, and EUR settlement with bilingual EN/ES and EN/PT account managers.

Is there a long-term contract or early-termination fee?

No. All MSC merchant accounts are month-to-month with no early-termination fee on our standard plans. We compete on rate transparency and service quality, not lock-in. If you find a better deal, walk anytime.
