How much does credit card processing cost with MSC?

Our standard interchange-plus pricing starts at interchange + 0.25% + $0.10. Dual-pricing customers pay $0 processing fees because the cash discount is passed to the cardholder. Custom rates apply for high-volume merchants above $250K/year.

Do you offer free POS systems?

Yes. Most merchants qualify for free Clover, Union POS, or Dejavoo placement when enrolled in our dual-pricing or qualifying processing program. Free hardware includes installation, training, and 24/7 US-based support.

How fast can MSC get me set up?

Most single-location merchants are approved within 24-48 hours and live within 3-5 business days. Hardware ships next-day. We handle menu/inventory build, employee setup, and on-site or remote training.

Which payment processors do you work with?

We are processor-agnostic. We place merchants with Fiserv, TSYS, Worldpay, Elavon, Shift4, and Electronic Payment Exchange (EPX) — whichever delivers the best underwriting, rates, and POS fit for your business.

Are you a direct processor or a reseller?

Merchant Solutions Corp is an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and authorized POS dealer for Clover, Square, Union POS, Dejavoo, Ingenico, PAX, and Payanywhere. We have direct processor partnerships and ISO contracts that let us undercut bank-branded rates.

Standard funding timeline

For most Merchant Solutions Corp accounts, funds from batches closed by 11:00 PM Eastern deposit into your bank account the next business day.

Funding by processor

Fiserv (Clover, First Data): Next business day. North & Nashville batch by 9:30 PM ET. Omaha batch by 7:00 PM ET.
Buypass Petro: Batch by 6:00 PM ET.
TSYS: Next business day. Batch by 11:00 PM ET.
Elavon (PYMT360 Merchant): Next business day. Batch by 10:30 PM ET.
Square: Next business day if Square's instant deposit is OFF; otherwise ~1–2 business days.
Payanywhere / EPX: Next business day for batches closed by 10:30 PM ET. For First Fresno and Citizens Bank the cutoff is 12:00 AM ET. Same-Day Funding is also available for Payanywhere and Micros merchants under the EPX platform.

Weekends and holidays

Banks don't process ACH on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Friday batches fund on the following Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).

Major delays around: Thanksgiving (Thursday + Friday), Christmas, New Year's, Independence Day (July 4), Memorial Day, Labor Day, MLK Day, Presidents' Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why didn't I get my deposit on Monday?

If Monday was a federal holiday, banks didn't process ACH. Check the holiday list, then confirm your batch closed before the cutoff time. If both are fine, open a ticket and we'll investigate.

Can I get same-day funding?

Yes — on some processors, same-day ACH is available when you bank with a major financial institution and you are on Clover, EPX, TSYS, or Elavon. Contact your account manager to know the cost and set-up timeline.

How do I see my deposit history?

Log into your Merchant Portal (link sent with your welcome email) — Deposits tab shows every batch with the corresponding ACH date.
