How much does credit card processing cost with MSC?

Our standard interchange-plus pricing starts at interchange + 0.25% + $0.10. Dual-pricing customers pay $0 processing fees because the cash discount is passed to the cardholder. Custom rates apply for high-volume merchants above $250K/year.

Do you offer free POS systems?

Yes. Most merchants qualify for free Clover, Skytab, Talech, Union POS, or Dejavoo placement when enrolled in our dual-pricing or qualifying processing program. Free hardware includes installation, training, and 24/7 US-based support.

How fast can MSC get me set up?

Most single-location merchants are approved within 24-48 hours and live within 3-5 business days. Hardware ships next-day. We handle menu/inventory build, employee setup, and on-site or remote training.

Which payment processors do you work with?

We are processor-agnostic. We place merchants with Fiserv, TSYS, Worldpay, Elavon, Shift4, and Electronic Payment Exchange (EPX) — whichever delivers the best underwriting, rates, and POS fit for your business.

Are you a direct processor or a reseller?

Merchant Solutions Corp is an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and authorized POS dealer for Clover, Square, Skytab (Shift4), Talech, Union POS, Dejavoo, Ingenico, PAX, and Payanywhere. We have direct processor partnerships and ISO contracts that let us undercut bank-branded rates.

What is the Clover Kitchen Display System?

The Clover KDS is an employee-facing digital display that replaces paper tickets in restaurant kitchens. It connects front-of-house POS devices and online ordering platforms to kitchen staff in real time, showing order details, ticket times, and fulfillment status.

How much does the Clover KDS cost?

The 24-inch model costs $899 + $25/mo per device. The 14-inch model costs $799 + $25/mo per device. Through Merchant Solutions Corp, professional installation and configuration are included.

What Clover plans support the KDS?

Merchants must be on a Register, Table Service Restaurant, or Counter Service Restaurant plan to purchase and use the Clover KDS. It is an additional device paired with other Clover POS hardware.

Can I use the KDS with a kitchen printer?

Yes. You can print runner tickets on any network-connected printer directly from the KDS, including Star TSP143IIIU, Epson TM-20, Epson TM-30, and Star SP742ML impact printers.

Does the KDS work with third-party online orders?

Yes. The KDS consolidates on-premise orders from Clover POS devices and off-premise third-party orders into one unified display.

Is the Clover KDS heat-resistant?

Yes. It has the highest heat tolerance on the market at 122°F (50°C), plus anti-fingerprint coating, anti-glare treatment, and bi-directional speakers for noisy kitchens.
