To close your account
- Submit written notice (email is fine) at least 30 days before your desired close date.
- Process your final batches.
- Return any leased/free-placement hardware (we send a prepaid shipping label).
- Final bill arrives ~30β45 days after the close date (covers PCI proration, final statement, etc.).
- Chargebacks can come in up to 540 days from the original transaction β your bank account on file remains the source of funds for any disputes.

Is there an early termination fee?
Depends on your agreement. Most current MSC contracts don't have ETFs. Check your application β page labelled "Termination".
What if I lost my equipment?
Leased and free-placement hardware not returned within 30 days of closure is billed at the device replacement cost (typically $250β$1,200).
