Cancelling or upgrading
To downgrade a Clover plan, you can do it directly from your Clover account. To cancel a hardware lease, you need to fulfill the term OR pay the remaining balance. We always recommend purchasing hardware outright when possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I close my account but I'm still leasing hardware?
Hardware lease contracts are with the lessor (not MSC) — closing the merchant account doesn't end the lease. You either continue paying or buy out the lease.
